These terms explain the simple rules for using AK Game Vault. By using the site, you agree to them.
AK Game Vault is a free collection tool for recording games, wishlists, notes and personal Top 20 lists. It is provided for personal use. Game information and cover art are for reference; editions, compatibility, availability and values can vary.
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password private and use an email address you can access. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
You keep responsibility for the information, notes and images you add. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal, harmful or infringing content, or use the service to interfere with other people or systems.
Sharing a Top 20 is optional. Anyone with a shared link can view that list, so do not include private information in it. You can revoke a shared link from Account. Profile details stay private unless you actively choose to include them in a share.
Your vault works locally in your browser and cloud sync is optional. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep a backup of your collection, especially before changing devices or clearing browser data. You can export your data, sign out or delete your account and cloud data from Account.
Please use AK Game Vault lawfully and respectfully. Do not try to gain unauthorised access, bypass security, overload the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or use it for commercial resale, spam or abusive activity. We may suspend or remove access where it is reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
We may improve, change or retire features as the site develops. If these terms change in a material way, the updated version will be published here with a new date. Questions or concerns can be sent to support@akgamevault.com.
